GISA 30 - Management for SMEs
A streamlined ERP for small and medium businesses. Its flexible architecture supports customization to match each customer's needs. It is designed to make data management, document issuance, PDF email delivery, and validation of related accounts and payments fast and lean. It can run on a local network or in the cloud on Microsoft Azure with Microsoft SQL Server.
GISA 30 FEATURES
Registry Menu. Set business data.
This menu allows you to manage your active and passive accounts (customers / suppliers)
and include categories, list items, VAT charts etc ...
for a simple and efficient business management.
For customers and suppliers, payment and delays are provided
to apply to accounting documents.
It is possible to configure additional parameters, for support operations, to manage customer.
Customers / Suppliers Registry. Save recurring data.
The management of the registers is divided into sections. Basic Data, Destinations,
Payments, Shipping and Notes.
The table below helps to browse information, and a function of
filter or search is planned
The table allows you to change the sort you want by selecting
of the column to be ordered.
Customer documents. Accounting Documents for Active Accounts.
This section offers all the features for simplified management
of customers: you can manage customer accounting documents,
like bills and credit notes, quotes, etc ...
Available documents are configurable, depending on your business needs.
Documents have assigned subdivision of deadlines where balances are required. Deadlines are later
grouped in general timetable.
All documents have a check on balance. When set, document is drawn between welded ones.
In this way, you always have balance situation, updated.
Deadlines. Check payments per document.
Each document is associated with a maturity tab, which can be issued in the default mode,
depending on the agreement with customers or suppliers. In document printing, the expected
deadlines are shown, with their expected balance dates.
Any maturity, can be marked at time of balance,
reporting its date.
You can check the status of payments by document or at a specified time
Suppliers Documents. Accounting Documents for Passive Accounts.
This section offers all the features; for simplified management
of the supplier documents. You can handle your bills and credit notes,
estimates etc ... in the entrance.
Available documents are configurable as business needs.

Management Menu. Administrative and accounting control.
This menu has all the functions for accounting, active and passive accounts (customers / suppliers).
Each issued document must submit (in first note), item relating to the balance or compensation of issued document.
This creates an easy and complete accounting management.
No payment can be forgotten because the software has warnings in case of missing information on balance.
Deadlines. Control of revenue and outputs.
From this screen you can view the timings generated automatically by the first note of each document.
By applying filters, time management is simple and quick.
You can open the document that originated the deadline by clicking twice on the line.
Stress management is possible by signaling call and date this occurred.
Annual Statistics. Easily compare customers.
To have an idea of how the revenue is going to be or to compare different annuity, GISA30 provides a simple annual statistic, divided per month.
This is available for both client and total records.
Warehouse management. Check stocks.
The warehouse's functionality is to record every loading and unloading movement, realizing so as quickly as possible inventory of goods.
Movements can occur automatically from active or passive bills
or from stock records.
Customization. Create a tailored dress.
